Membership of the IAOS is open to anyone/any institution that shares the strategic objectives of IAOS, which focus on:

 

1.         Increasing the relevancy of IAOS.

2.         Increasing the visibility of the IAOS at regional and international levels.

3.         Investing in creating mutual beneficial Partnerships.

4.         Institutionalizing IAOS functions.

 

Membership benefits

In addition to the benefits of joining a worldwide community of people with an interest in advancing official statistics, members will receive reduced rates for registration at IAOS conferences and seminars; and free and immediate access to the Statistical Journal of the IAOS, including previous editions. Individual membership

Membership is open to people in all countries of the world. Members of IAOS endorse and promote universal ethical values and good practice as expressed in the ISI’s Declaration on Professional Ethics for Statisticians, as well as in the UN’s Fundamental Principles of Official Statistics.
